Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in INR and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of order unless a credit account has been established.

Delivery & Licensing

Software licences are delivered electronically. Hardware and physical goods are delivered per the agreed schedule. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

Returns & Cancellations

Software licences are non-refundable once activated. Hardware returns are subject to the manufacturer's policy and must be requested within 7 days of receipt.

Limitation of Liability

ASTech Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
